Getting Around Section: Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You’ll be situated in a conveniently located neighborhood walkable to many shops and restaurants. While bringing your own car will give you the most flexibility, there are also many other transportation options for exploring the nearby areas: water taxis, sun trolleys, Uber or Lyft, and the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains.

The property is situated in the sought-after Imperial Point neighborhood. It’s a quiet and family-friendly community that is walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. It’s also located less than 2 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea.
