This Home was everything ,my family really enjoyed the pool, the games and activities that were already in the home. Not to mention the TV inside the bunks , I mean a perfect Home For Kids We have a football tournament in Florida every year and we will be back and book again for sure.

We had such a fantastic time! The house is great, with lots of amenities, close to the beach, within ten minutes from all the restaurants and entertainment. Brian is an amazing host who responded within minutes each time we had a question. Will go back!!!

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly well-stocked and thoughtfully organized, making everything so easy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The outdoor area was definitely a highlight. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent as well—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful. Brian was a fantastic host. He was very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Beach Pop House sits in the coveted Lauderdale Beach neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, a serene, leafy enclave just inland from the Atlantic shoreline. The area features a charming mix of mid-century and renovated homes, palm‑shaded streets, and a relaxed coastal vibe.

Getting around

Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You’ll be situated in a conveniently located neighborhood walkable to many shops and restaurants. While bringing your own car will give you the most flexibility, there are also many other transportation options for exploring the nearby areas: water taxis, sun trolleys, Uber or Lyft, and the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains.

Pest disclosure
We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.

Very spacious home! Kids loved the pool! Loved the idea of walking to beach in about 2 minutes. Too bad the Sargassum (algae) were in the way of fresh air experience and swimming experience. Bring insect repelent, lots of mosquitos - it is Florida after all. If you plan on cooking, bring or buy your own seasonings. The house has basic salt and pepper. Buy plenty of water. Florida water is yellow. The house has a mini ice maker. Use fridge ice only for the cooler. Miami was just a 45 min drive without traffic.

Brian was such a great host on my sister’s bachelorette! The house was so unique and beautiful! The pool and hot tub were amazing and clean. He provided basic necessities which really helped not to have to travel with too much. The house was spacious clean and beautiful. The bathrooms were great. Everything was close and walkable. Beach Pop House was the perfect spring break getaway for my family of four along with my parents and in-laws. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had options between the beach, pool or hot-tub and even found walkable restaurants. The lively decor was conversational, giving boutique Miami hotel vibes. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of tools for cooking a big family brunch every morning!

This house is very close to the beach which was the major draw for us, but the amenities were nice. The pool was very warm and good to relax in the hot tub.

Last minute trip for us and Brian was very accommodating, answered all my questions and was very helpful. The pool is great (and warm) great hot tub and very clean! Shower have shampoo conditioner and soap- also had laundry detergent!! Coolers, chairs, towels and a wagon is there to use for the beach which is just a 2 min walk (if that) Overall this place is one of the best we have stayed in.

I’m a frequent VRBO and Airbnb renter. Brian was one of the best communicators of all hosts I’ve dealt with. Brian’s place was exactly as described. Clean. Had everything you’d need. Unlike other places with hot tubs I’ve rented, Brian’s heated up quickly to the proper temperature. I nice start to the morning with a hot soak. The bed’s were extremely comfortable with clean crisp linens. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian’s place. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a mother/3 daughters trip in and stayed at Brian’s house. It was very roomy and we loved having four bedrooms. The beds and showers were terrific. The location of the home—walking distance to the beach, and less than 2 miles from Lauderdale by the sea/restaurants, was great. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus and we enjoyed them both.

Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay at your place. We had a wonderful time at a great location. The headed pool was fixed for our stay and was around 85 F. Pool guy stopped by and had it spotless and really clean in an hour or so. The hot tub was great since we had a bit low temperatures in January. Easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed that beach towels were provided. Everything in the home was in working condition and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the family. Overall 9.5 out of 10 would definitely stay again.
