This website is run by Holdfast Holdings LLC, trading as Holdfast Stays, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. By using it you accept what follows. It is short on purpose.

What this site is

It describes our co-hosting service, shows the houses we run, and gives you a way to get in touch. That is all it is.

Nothing here is a contract

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of being accepted, and sending the enquiry form does not create an agreement between us. If we come to manage your property, the terms are whatever the signed management agreement says, and that agreement governs over anything written here. Bookings are made on Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo or another platform and are subject to that platform's terms, our house rules and the rental agreement for the property.

The numbers on this site

This is the part worth reading properly. The site publishes lifetime figures for our whole portfolio - stays hosted, five star reviews, and total paid out to owners - and, on some pages, average nightly rates and occupancy for a market.

These are historical and aggregate. They are not a projection, a forecast, or a promise of what any particular property will earn. They cover many houses of different sizes over several years, and include properties that are no longer on the calendar. What a specific house earns depends on the house, the market, the season, the pricing, the regulations and matters outside anyone's control. The payout figure is what booking platforms paid out before our fee, and the site says so where it appears. Past performance of a portfolio tells you nothing reliable about the future performance of one property.

Fees quoted on the site are our standard range at the time of writing. The figure for your property is whatever is written in your agreement.

Licensing and regulatory information

Some pages describe what short term rental licensing takes in a particular city, including fees and deadlines. We research this carefully and we keep it current, but it is general information, not legal or tax advice, and municipalities change their rules and their fees without much warning. Confirm anything with the city or your own adviser before you rely on it or pay it.

Guest reviews

The guest reviews shown on this site are real reviews left by real guests on the booking platforms, reproduced as written. Ratings shown for a house are calculated across every review that house has received, not a selection.

Photographs and content

The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to Holdfast Holdings LLC or to the property owners we work with. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use. Linking to us is welcome.

Using the site

Do not use the enquiry form to send anything unlawful or abusive, and do not try to break, scrape at damaging volume, or interfere with the site.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you

We put real effort into keeping this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be up or always be free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Holdfast Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to one hundred US dollars. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms of a signed management agreement or a booking, which stand on their own.

If part of this does not hold

If a court decides any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is treated as removed and the rest still stands.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County, Florida are where any dispute about this website is heard.

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or magnification. We test it and we fix what we find, and we know that is not the same as being finished.

If something here is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us at info@holdfastfl.com or call (954) 520-7544. We will reply within five business days, and if the fix is going to take longer than that we will tell you how you can get what you needed in the meantime. If you are trying to book a house or ask about management and the site is in your way, the phone number reaches a person who can do the whole thing for you.
