This home had everything we needed and Pierce was super helpful and accommodating to our questions. The space was super cozy for myself and my family, and we got to enjoy the pool plenty (despite the drizzles) it was the perfect temperature!

some friends and i stayed for the 4th of July weekend and we enjoyed staying here so much! the place was inviting, cozy and had room to move and enjoy! it was close to the airport and in a nice neighborhood. we all loved hanging by the pool, watching tv, and relaxing in their comfortable bedrooms. the host, pierce was super friendly and informative! he was helpful throughout the entire trip and was super pleasant!

Pest disclosure
We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.

Pierce was very responsive and amazing. Had no issues with instructions and policies. Was able to get in easily & felt like home to us. We had several things to do at the Airbnb. We had fun using the three hole golf course and a nice dip in the pool right after. Sat by the fire pit late at night to let the cool air hit us before hitting the showers. It was so beautiful being outside and the scenery. No noises near us besides cars driving by. A lot of privacy and clean. Pierce was amazing. Very responsive, very friendly & very helpful. Thank you again Pierce for hosting us. I hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful place with an outstanding yard and pool. The pool was very clean and there were beautiful ponds, plants, and greenery. There was a nice living room and finishing touches. The house was clean and you will not be in need. I will definitely come again.

we absolutely loved staying here. Pierce's house had everything we needed and then some. if I could leave 10 stars I would. Some air bnbs hardly come with a pot and a pan to get you through your stay and this is not of those ari bnbs. It was literally a home away from home. The backyard was my happy place for our entire stay. I can't say enough good things about this place. Pierce was also very responsive to any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Great place to stay, bonus with the pool and putting green out back! Some great restaurants nearby (Lester’s and the Runway!) and close to downtown Ft. Lauderdale and not to far from Miami and the Everglades! Pierce was great at communicating and answered any questions fast! Loved staying here!

This is a private house rather than a hotel, and it has not been adapted for accessibility. There is no ramp, there are no grab bars in the bathrooms, and there is no roll in shower. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out on arrival.
