The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The space is impeccable and tasteful. Very nicely designed and beds were super comfortable. John was so helpful with recommendations and super quick to respond. So beautiful and peaceful! It’s worth mentioning that it is a very long, narrow, unpaved road to the house so would recommend being comfortable driving to stay here, but it’s definitely worth it!

Trullo Ostro is a restored home in the Puglia countryside, a base for everything the region has to offer.

Set in the countryside between Ostuni (10 min) and Cisternino (10 min), this lovingly restored trullo combines centuries-old architecture with modern design. A marriage of old and new, carefully curated furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and outdoor living spaces combine to create a setting designed for unforgettable, beautiful moments together.

Getting around

As in much of rural Italy there is no numbered address for Trullo Ostro.  The road is Contrada Mincuccio. Enter this pin into Google Maps:

Note that many roads in Puglia, including ours, are narrow.  Navigating large vehicles can be a challenge so we recommend renting smaller vehicles to get around.

This is a private house rather than a hotel, and it has not been adapted for accessibility. There is no ramp, there are no grab bars in the bathrooms, and there is no roll in shower. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out on arrival.

We have not yet gone through this particular house and written down what is and is not accessible about it. Rather than guess, we would rather you asked us. Call and we will walk the house and tell you exactly what you are dealing with.
