David’s home was comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. Everything you need is supplied. The backyard with the pool and sit-around area was great. It was too hot for me, but my friends enjoyed the backyard. The bedrooms all have a tv which was helpful after long days. We were able to unwind. The house was clean on arrival. David was super responsive if we needed him. There is nothing bad to say at all about this home. Shopping and food were nearby, maybe a 7-minute drive. All in all, this home did not disappoint and we got the comfort we were looking for.

I really enjoyed my stay at David’s place. The house was very welcoming and was every bit as good as the photos and reviews led me to believe it would be. David was a great host. He has been working with me today to get my suitcase back a suitcase that I foolishly forgot about. Highly recommended.

David is kind and he communicated all the needs to know effectively and clearly. I would definitely stay here again! The best part was the spectators on the roof while enjoying the pool LOL (The iguanas)

The property is situated in the sought-after Imperial Point neighborhood. It’s a quiet and family-friendly community that is walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. It’s also located less than 2 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea.

Getting around

Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You’ll be situated in a conveniently located neighborhood walkable to many shops and restaurants. While bringing your own car will give you the most flexibility, there are also many other transportation options for exploring the nearby areas: water taxis, sun trolleys, Uber or Lyft, and the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains.

We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.

There were 8 of us each family having two children and having 2 bedrooms on each side of the house still have moments of privacy when not all together. David’s home was a great winter get away from the New York cold. His home was spacious and beautiful. It had towels, clean dishes, toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, soap, sunblock etc. We bought are own and had to throw away, but it’s great for those that might need. The backyard was very beautiful boasting a heated pool with the pump on from 930am to 930 pm, palm and coconut trees, beautiful stone pavers, a sectioned off table for outdoor eating and netting, lounge chairs and more. Definitely a place to book mark and bring extended family as it had four bedrooms and 3 baths.

This place looks even better in person than the pictures. Could not be happier to have spent the weekend here with 5 friends just lounging in a cozy, spotless home by the pool. It's also close to everything and makes it an even better deal if you plan to visit spots in both downtown Fort Lauderdale and Delray. Can't wait to head back and hopefully stay there again. Also, the positioning of the living room and massive TV right next to outside the pool is pretty awesome.

It was a great family stay! Only had an issue with the pool color and the odor that the pool had the day we were leaving. Overall it was a perfect stay! Love the laundry room! Now David has the beach chairs because we bought them and left the chairs :) Enjoy everyone!

The house was very nice and cozy and had most of what my family needed. Also located in a great location. My only complains are the pool was cloudy and it seemed like it had way too much chemicals in it. the filter didn’t come on every day. In my 7 day stay, it turned on twice. The host was responsive. When I mentioned the pool he assured me the pool guy will take care of it; however, I think something was broken with the pump. Last recommendation is to provide enough toilet paper and paper towels especially if you have a longer stay and take the number of guests into consideration. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

It had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The open-concept layout and the stunning kitchen made the interior feel both elegant and inviting. However, the true highlight was the backyard. From the well-designed patio area to the refreshing pool, every detail was perfect for relaxation and fun. We found one of the remotes for the outside ceiling fan need a new battery but otherwise, no issues. The house was well organized, awesome private pool and a quiet neighborhood. Very loud and clear alarm system with sensors on all doors that help to make sure no kids went out to the pool without adults. All in all a very excellent place. Will stay again when we can.

This is a well stocked home; super easy to get in and start vacation right off the bat. No issues with anything in the home. Very comfortable home. Pool is in a beautiful backyard with plenty of space. Easy drive over to Pompano Beach and to the beach at Lauderdale by the sea, which was charming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home had a great kitchen with high end appliances. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would say about the bedroom is that the master closet was locked so everything in draws. The outdoor space was well maintained and very private. Loved the outdoor TV and table by the pool on game day!! The house accommodated our group of 1 couple with a young child, 1 couple with a teenager and 2 seniors perfectly for our family holiday retreat. Thanks David! We had a great time.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The pool was sparkling clean and heated, which made it perfect for relaxing any time of day. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were also very accommodating—they allowed us a late checkout of 6pm for a small fee since we had a late-night flight, which made our trip even smoother. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

This is one of the best airbnbs my family and I ever stayed at. Beautiful home, close to everything. The pool was great. The kids couldn’t stay out of it. I have never stayed at a airbnb that literally had everything your own home with have. There is nothing we could not find in this home. Whenever I’m in Fort Lauderdale, this will be my go to home. Words cannot express how fabulous a stay we had! The house had a great layout and we were pleasantly surprised to have a variety of working kitchen tools (especially knives that actually cut!) to cook with since we had people with food sensitivities and couldn’t really take advantage of eating out. We were visiting family and could host dinners and spend time catching up while the kids enjoyed the pool. It was the perfect spot and we would most definitely come back!

Beautiful home that appears to have been updated recently - many things like new. We cooked at the home and it had plenty of dishes, pans, etc. The pool was well used by our children who absolutely loved how deep it was. The neighborhood was a family friendly area and we were able to walk the sidewalks and felt very safe. We went to Lauderdale by the Sea, it was nice to listen to live music, shop and get ice cream. We also went to Pompano Beach - highly recommend. There is a family friendly new pier, nice beach, lots of amenities that are like new, showers, food, etc. It was a great few days at this place after our cruise. Thanks for opening up your home to us.

Great place!! Probably one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. It had ALL we needed and more.. it felt like we were home.. house is beautiful and updated. Beds super comfortable.. amazing kitchen. Backyard was so nice and pool was already warmed up when we got there.. we went to FLL to go to an inter- Miami game and location was perfect.
