The neighborhood

The neighborhood caters to those seeking a relaxed, beachside lifestyle. With Fort Lauderdale beach close by, residents and visitors can enjoy a variety of beach activities such as swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, and volleyball. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, offering a wide range of cuisines and dining experiences. Las Olas Boulevard is particularly known for its vibrant nightlife and dining options. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near major roads like A1A (North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard) and Las Olas Boulevard, making it easy to explore other parts of Fort Lauderdale.

Getting around

The condo is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.

Pest disclosure
We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.

The location for a beach vacation is excellent! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and very convenient to shops and restaurants . This apartment has a full kitchen and it’s only a 6 minute drive to Publix supermarket. The porch overlooks the waterway with awesome views. The apartment was spotless and very spacious with easy access and our own parking spot. Communication with the host. ( Amy) couldn’t have been better. If I had any questions she’d reply within minutes and always helpful. My family of 4 is definitely looking forward to coming back!! 5 stars!

Had a great stay here during a recent business trip to Fort Lauderdale. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, and everything needed during my stay. I don’t know where to start because everything about our stay was perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much that we ould love to buy it! The location was spot on. One block from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and a beautiful view down the intercoastal waterway! We are big boaters so that view was a real bonus. Also, we want to give a big shout out to Amy who was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had with Airbnb! There’s so much more we could say about the location and our overall experience. From the time we stepped onto the property, we could see the care they take. Entering into the unit, we noted how clean and bright it was! So close to great restaurants and things to do! We enjoyed the sun and the pool as we watched the boats go by. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay for the week. We frequent Fort Lauderdale from the West Coast and love this neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, long stretches of amazing beaches along with the yacht/boat watching you can do right from the deck. The beds were very comfortable and it was incredibly stylish. It was a little slice of heaven for us!

We have stayed in this building many times in various units over the years. In our opinion, this is the absolute best location in Fort Lauderdale! We stayed for a long 3 week trip this past time at Amy’s place. The view of the intercostal is truly beautiful and you can see it from each bedroom and the living room windows. It was quiet and peaceful inside, you can go out on the balcony and watch the boats on the water or you can walk just 2 minutes to the ocean. We stayed for such a long time that we had a few things to address during our stay, but Amy and Pierce were super responsive and friendly in addressing anything that came up. Thank you to both of you for everything!

When I entered the property, my jaw literally dropped. I actually feel the photos didn't capture the feeling of how beautiful this location is. They're accurate, but experiencing this property is completely different. It was everything I needed and more, and some of the best sleep of my life. I absolutely did not want to leave the next day. The hosts were exceptional in their delivery of instructions and extremely supportive. I can see this being a spot I frequent for stay-nations. :)

The best way to describe Amy’s place is “Comfort at the beach”. The beds and all the seating were really comfortable. I usually have a hard time sleeping in beds other than my own but these were so cozy especially, the master. The unit was also very clean. The location was just a short walk from the beach and they provided chairs and even a boogie board to use. It’s close to amazing restaurants and bakeries and the water view was unbeatable. We stayed on the Fourth of July and were able to see fire works from the balcony over the water, without having to endure the crowds. The hosts were super responsive and kind. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will be returning ourselves.

Wow! This place is a gem! Fully loaded apartment with everything you could need, Inc air fryer, beach chairs and umbrella! Fantastic views from the balcony and the deck too. Perfect morning coffee watching boats go past in the sun. The apartment complex felt safe and secure. Lovely evenings on the balcony or deck with a glass of wine. Just bliss. The apartment is airy and spacious, especially the master bedroom. It's huge! All the kitchen amenities you would ever need. 5 mins walk to the beach. Book this place. It's amazing!!

This is one of the best places I have ever been into. The view is beautiful, it is one block away from the beach, the apartment is very nicely decorated with original paintings, it is very clean, every detail for your confort has been taken care of. Do not miss this apartment!!!

Amy's home in Fort Lauderdale is wonderful. It's one block from the beach and in the heart of an area filled with restaurants within easy walking distance. The home is very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the intercostal. We would definitely return to Amy's home on our next visit.

Our stay was amazing! The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. Amy was kind and flexible with our checkin. We could walk to the beach and our view from the balcony was great. Would definitely love to stay again when we go back to Fort Lauderdale and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

Overall, this was a beautiful place to stay and the balcony is awesome and the view is priceless. Only two blocks away from the beach and everything was in very walkable distance. I would highly recommend this spot.

The place is beautiful inside and immaculate. Very nicely decorated throughout. The space was perfect for my family and we appreciated the dining area for family meals as well as the two very clean bathrooms and large sofa for watching movies together. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Overall, very beautiful place. I picked this place because of the pictures and the location. The view was my favorite. Watching the boats on the water from a spacious balcony was a great bonus. The pool and the dock were good too and never crowded. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at Amy's place. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare great family meals. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, which is simply stunning. The apartment is located just a short walk from the beach and some fantastic restaurants. We will be returning.

Beautiful condo with vibrant water views! Feels at home with fully functioning kitchen. Every morning I could walk to see amazing Sunrise. We certainly had a memorable vacation. Since we stayed over a month came to know a few residents and many are friendly and you find an instant community if you want it. Amy and her Team are quick to communicate.
