I’ve managed vacation rentals —- amenities here put me to shame ,,,, Amy really knows how to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. Constantly there for me if I had a stupid question or two ,,,,, This unit has the best view in the complex,,,, if you are a boat person you will fall in love with this condo rental ,,,,, as a former vacation rental host —- the attention to detail blew me away !!!!! Comme lors de tout hébergement, nous avons rencontré quelques petits imprévus à notre arrivée, mais Amy et Pierce ont fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme. Our week’s stay at Amy’s place was delightful. The apartment was cheerful and very comfortable. We loved the view! The many, many boats that drifted by on the waterway were fun to watch and the proximity to the ocean was a huge advantage. Many nice restaurants nearby.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood has a very friendly and laid-back atmosphere. Many residents enjoy stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the beach, residents can enjoy numerous parks and recreational facilities. The nearby Pompano Community Park offers sports fields, an aquatic center, and walking trails. The area is also well-connected with major roads like A1A and US-1 nearby, facilitating easy travel to other parts of Pompano Beach and neighboring cities like Fort Lauderdale.

Getting around

The condo is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.

Prior to arrival, guests will be given a unique access code for a safe and seamless check-in experience.

Pest disclosure
We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.

We stayed for a week in April, the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The unit had a pool, but we did not use it, as we beached it daily. (The beach was within walking distance). We loved our morning coffee sitting out on the balcony and watching the boats go by. We would stay again.

Great stay at this AirBnB in Pompano Beach. I would return many times over. Very peaceful and relaxing spot right on the Intercoastal. Amy was very responsive and attentive to any and all needs, which was not many due to the cleanliness and attention to detail in the unit.

Que dire de ce séjour! Wow! Un vrai bijou. L'emplacement du condo est incroyable: bordé par l'intercostal d'un côté, la mer à 5 minutes de marche de l'autre. Le condo est grand, identique aux photos, très bien entretenu. Rien n'y manque. L'entrée et le séjour est autonome et si vous devez parler aux hôtes, c'est quasi instantanément que vous aurez une réponse. Vraiment, fantastique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter une seule seconde.

A 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool was warm, we caught fish on the dock next to the pool on the intercoastal and the house was perfect.\nWe highly recommend Amy and her wonderful place and will be back again soon!

Amy’s place was wonderful! Her decor is just adorable with touches of orange throughout and really cool, witty art work. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and paper goods for our use, including toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There was even decaf and regular coffee. The view was fabulous. When weather permitted, we sat on the balcony and watched the yachts sail by. I loved that the beach was only a block and a half away, allowing for morning walks along the ocean. If in the area again, we would definitely ask to stay here.
